Need some wheels? RACQ Learn2go and Suzuki have teamed up to give you the chance to win* a brand new Suzuki Swift.

There are two ways you can enter:

• Enter a new drive into the online logbook as a registered learner, OR
• Approve a drive in the online logbook as a registered supervisor

It’s as simple as that! What’s even better is that each time you enter or approve a new drive you will gain another entry into the competition as well as opportunities to get bonus entries.

*Terms and conditions

1. This competition is a promotion run by RACQ Operations Pty Limited ABN 80 009 663 414 (“Promoter”).
   
   
2. Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
   
   
3. The competition is open to RACQ Learn2go Learner drivers and supervisors who are current registered users at the time the competition is drawn.
   
   
4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related entities and agents of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
   
   
5. The competition commences 01 November 2011 at 5pm and closes 5pm on 30 September 2012. The competition will be drawn at 10am on 01 October 2012 at the RACQ Marketing Department in the RACQ Corporate office complex at 2649 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains, QLD, 4113.
   
   
6. There will be one winner in this competition that will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
   
7. To enter the competition a person must be registered as a user on www.Learn2go.com.au as a Learner driver or supervisor. Once registered, users can enter the draw by entering or approving a new drive in the online logbook. Once these conditions are met, registered users will automatically receive one entry into the draw. Users will also have the opportunity to earn five additional entries by correctly answering a pre-determined question on the new Suzuki Swift. Answers to the pre-determined question can be found at www.suzukiqld.com.au. If a correct answer is submitted the user will receive an additional five entries into the draw, if an incorrect answer is submitted the user will receive zero additional entries. Users will be offered one pre-determined question for each new drive that they enter or approve in the online logbook. If a user logs-out of their session before answering their bonus question(s), then they will forfeit their right to bonus entries for that session.
   
   
8. Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they like, however only one prize will be awarded to the winner regardless of the number of times their entries are drawn.
   
   
9. The winner will receive a Suzuki Swift GL, 2012 manufacture year plate and compliance plate, manual transmission vehicle in a predetermined colour, subject to availability and valued at up to $19,000 including registration, CTP insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges. The prize includes Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance for 12 months provided by RACQ Insurance Limited ABN 50 009 704 152. Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter. Any change in the value of the prize between the publishing date and the date that the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
   
   
10. Additional insurance, accessories and options, petrol, service and maintenance and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
    
    
11. Depending on their location, the prize winner will collect the car from the nearest Suzuki dealership. The prize winner is required to sign a combined RACQ and Suzuki talent release form permitting unlimited use of their photo and comments in RACQ and/or Suzuki promotions following the announcement of the winner of the competition.
    
    
12. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
    
    
13. The prize is subject to availability.
    
    
14. The winner will be notified by phone and the Suzuki Swift GL prize will be presented to the winner in person when they collect it from the nearest Suzuki dealership. Competition results may also be published in The Road Ahead, on www.free2go.com.au, on www.Learn2go.com.au, in free2go E-Style, and the Learn2go and Club e-News following the presentation of the prize.
    
    
15. If the competition winner is unable to be contacted within 2 weeks of the draw a redraw will occur. In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 10am on 15 October 2012 at the RACQ Marketing Department in the RACQ Corporate Office complex at 2649 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains, QLD, 4113 and the redraw winner will be notified by phone.
    
    
16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
    
    
17. The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition, and to periodically keep entrants informed about the goods and services provided by the Promoter, related entities and its service providers. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause. The Promoter may use or disclose entrant’s personal information to related entities or other appropriate third parties in accordance with its privacy policy.
    
    
18. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter’s opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in Queensland as may be required.
    
    
19. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize[s] or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner.
