Registration Benefits

Why Register?
Thank you for agreeing to help someone to learn how to drive.  RACQ recognises the importance of giving supervisors the support they need to provide young drivers with advice and practical skills.  As a supervisor, you are about to play an important role in their life.  As a supervisor you should be a safe, experienced and competent driver and be up to date with current Queensland road rules.  You must have held an open licence for at least one year for the class of vehicle you are teaching your learner to drive i.e. manual or automatic.

This logbook can be used as a record that a learner has completed the mandatory 100 hours driving experience including at least 10 hours night driving experience.  As a supervisor, you are responsible for approving each drive entry a learner completes with you. 

Benefits of Registering
Registering with learn2go will allow you to approve the drives your learner completes, online.  Once registered, your will be able to access drives which are waiting to be approved, videos and print-outs to help with driving lessons, prizes to win and lots more!

THE PROCESS

Register as a supervisor

  • Complete your supervisor registration details.
  • An email will then be sent to you automatically, which contains a password and a link to the activation screen.
  • Click on the link, where you will be asked to enter the password.
  • You will then be prompted to choose a new password.

Is your learner registered?

  • Check that your learner is registered.
  • Where the learner nominates you as their supervisor for the drive, you will be responsible for the approval process.

Approve drives

  • Review the learner’s logbook entry.
  • If the entry is correct, approve the drive.
