These practical skill videos act as a learner driver’s first driving lesson. The videos demonstrate driving manoeuvres/skills that learners may need to complete when going for their provisional licence.
Each of the short videos is accompanied by an in-car check sheet for supervisors to assess the learner during the driving exercise. The videos are designed to ensure learner drivers gain suitable experience in a range of conditions and become competent drivers.

How to use the sheet
Each video has a corresponding in-car check sheet. These sheets give learners and supervisors the basic instructions to complete particular driving manoeuvres.
1. Select the view videos link above.
2. Choose the pratical skill you want to learn about from the list.
3. Watch the video.
4. Print out the in-car check sheet.
5. Read the details and fill out the sheet during a break or after a drive.
